1. SMART AND CLEAN
This style is very 70's and looks best in dark blue hues. The denim should be one colour, not faded or acid washed, and should have no rips or fraying. Tailoring should be sharp and neat. A great way to wear this look is some flared jeans paired with a simple white or grey t-shirt, very simple yet also very fashionable...

2. RIPPED, FADED AND STUDDED
This style is pretty much the opposite of the last one mentioned. It's influenced by the 80's and 90's with a lot of punk and grunge features. The denim should be very faded, acid washed or bleached and should look worn and vintage. Studs, rips, fraying and patches enhance the look further making the denim look even older. A great way to wear this style is with a pair of seriously ripped up denim shorts (preferably vintage) with a vintage t-shirt, maybe an old tour t-shirt from an 80's band or an old sports t-shirt from the 90's, giving a very laid back, grungey look...

Since I'm completely obsessed with pleats I obviously I LOVE the pleated denim skirt! I also like the ombre Levi's shirt and thing it would be more wearable. I'm definitely looking for one of those this summer to pair with shorts.
